We’ve all done it. Scrolled through our competitor’s social platforms, looking at their work, making faces at decisions they made, and wanting a client they seem to make happy.
We really should just stop worrying so much about the competition and rather celebrate their hard earned success. Because, in the end, if the work supports a cause, a mission, or a goal that’s for the betterment of the whole community, everyone wins, no matter who gets to hang their hat on it.
Focus on the work you love, and the clients you admire, appreciate, and want to support. Focus on the work that makes your eyes fill with tears when you so passionately talk about it.
Focus your energy and time with supporting your clients and their missions, which, if you’re like us, are aligned with our values and goals to see the world a more equitable and just place for all.
